Rwandan carrier RwandAir(WB) has announced an increase in flights between Kigali and Johannesburg. In a statement via their Facebook account, the airline stated that they would be increasing their frequencies to Johannesburg to 8 weekly flights effective
10 June 2012.
The four existing flights will be complemented by four
night flights departing Kigali on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun at 20:50 hrs
and returning for Johannesburg on Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat at 01:30 hrs.
In another development, Rwandair has also introduced online ticketing and payments for those living abroad that can’t access RwandAir's sales offices, in addition to making the booking process hastle-free for locals.
