According to ch-aviation, scheduled flights, which included routes between Nairobi Wilson, Rumbek, Lokichoggio and Lodwar, are no longer bookable via the company's website. Operations were conducted using the carrier's fleet of an ERJ145, two ERJ135s and eight Dash 8-100s.

ALS had also planned to offer flights into Kakuma, Kitale, Garissa and Wajir as an IATA Member Airline though the status of those plans at this time is unclear. It also offers AMCI operations to humanitarian, oil and gas and airline organizations.
