  1. Because we wanted to use air miles to upgrade to club class we booked the return flight to Dar (travelling in Sept 2013) in October 2012. As we wanted small safari camps and light aircraft flights we paid a nonreturnable deposit of £1700 for the accommodation etc in Tanzania. Now thanks to BA we will lose all this money. This doesn't seem right. What is the point of publishing a timetable and taking bookings and then cancelling and completely shafting people?
