Air Arabia logoAJW Aviation has been chosen by Air Arabia Egypt (E5), Egypt’s only low-cost carrier, to provide "power-by-the-hour" support and leased inventory for two of its A320 aircraft.

AJW Aviation is a specialist in the supply, repair and lease of commercial aircraft spare parts, including services in aircraft engines, aircraft inventory management; power-by-the-hour and pooling support; consignment stock; global 24/7 AOG; component maintenance and overhaul; consumable supplies; logistics and freight management.  AJW offices are based in Singapore, Dubai, London and Miami with further inventory hubs across Europe and North America.
This is a great union for AJW Aviation,” comments Salem Dernawi, AJW’s Regional Marketing Manager, North Africa. “Our commercial strategy has focused on North Africa and the Middle East for many years and our support hubs are strategically located to minimise AOG situations. AJW’s specialist team will utilise our comprehensive stock of Airbus spares, to ensure that we deliver our trademark power-by-the-hour support for Air Arabia Egypt’s fleet and underpin their development plans.
Air Arabia Egypt is a joint venture between Air Arabia; – the first and largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa – and the travel and tourism company Travco Group. With flights targeted to Africa, the Middle East and Europe, the airline began commercial operations in June 2010 with three A320-214 aircraft and has since added another to its fleet, currently on order.
