Federal Airlines decided to maintain the service until the end of January so that passengers would not be affected and to give them enough time to make alternative arrangements from February 1.
After 10 years of operation, it has been a difficult decision to make, however with the global economic downturn, the airline has seen a continuing decline in passenger numbers – even over the busiest of seasons,” said a statement from the airline.
